What is ERP2ALL and Why?

It enables users to track transactions, profit and loss, financial status, inventory, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, purchases, sales, and expenses in real time.

How to Create an Account on ERP2ALL

Install the ERP2ALL app from Play Store or App Store

Tap on Register and enter your name, business name, email, and password

Click Create Account

Verify your email through the confirmation link

Sign in using your email and password

Start your free trial and explore the system

Tip: Use a strong password with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters for better security.


How to Add Business Details

Go to Settings → Business Details

Enter business name (if applicable)

Add address (permanent or temporary)

Set business capital

Enter business identification number (if available)

Select currency and save

How to Change Language

ERP2ALL supports both English and Bangla.

By default, it opens in English.

Go to Settings → Change Language

Select your preferred language

The system will restart automatically

How to Update User Profile

Go to Settings → User Profile

Enter first and last name

Upload profile picture (optional)

Save changes

How to Add Customer, Supplier, or Product

Open sidebar menu

Select Customers / Suppliers / Products

Click the Add (+) button

Enter required information and save

View, edit, or manage records anytime

Access transaction history and reports for each entry

How to Create a Purchase Invoice

Go to Purchase Invoice

Select Cash Purchase or Credit Purchase

Click Add (+)

Fill in required details

Select supplier or search existing supplier

Save the invoice for record-keeping and reporting
